He is survived by: his wife Dawn Botts; his son Kyle Botts of Colorado Springs, CO; his stepchildren, Amanda Jo Masek of Troy, MI and Tyler Masek of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Wade Botts, Ellen Smith of Orlando, FL, Laura Gwinn of Annapolis, MD and Linda Henry of Osteen, FL; and his granddaughter Hollie of North Port, FL..
