It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Cotton of North Port, Florida, born in Fulton, New York, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cotton and Doris Cotton (Carney); and his wife Shirley Cotton (Lewis). He is survived by: his son Gary Cotton (Tecia) of Oswego; his granddaughters, Erin Hall (Richard) and Chelsea Maniccia (Patrick); and his great grandchildren, Cashel and Ronan Hall.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (910 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at the Mt. Adnah Cemetery (706 E Broadway, Fulton, NY 13069).
