He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cotton and Doris Cotton (Carney); and his wife Shirley Cotton (Lewis). He is survived by: his son Gary Cotton (Tecia) of Oswego; his granddaughters, Erin Hall (Richard) and Chelsea Maniccia (Patrick); and his great grandchildren, Cashel and Ronan Hall.
