It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Francis Van Stry of North Port, Florida, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip VanStry and Gladys VanStry; and his brothers, Leonard VanStry (Lenny) and Philip VanStry (Skip). He is survived by: his wife Mary VanStry; his daughters, Sarah VanStry (Jerry) and Megan VanStry; his grandchildren, Dylan, Stephen, Fletcher and Piper; and his siblings, Bill VanStry (Darla) and Lorraine Miley (Bill). He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Donations can be made to the American Veterans (amvets.org) in his name.
