She is survived by: her husband Gary Clark; her children, Tammy Annis (Todd) of Frewsburg, Sherrie Cleland of Frewsburg and Randy Clark of Texas; her grandchildren, Tyler Annis (Monica), Trever Annis, Katie Cleland (Liz), Cody Cleland and Sierra Clark; her great grandchildren, Ember, Aella Annis and McLachlan Barone; and her siblings, Dr. Charles Sinatra (Nancy) of Jamestown, Linda McGee (William) of Jamestown, James Sinatra (Debbie Paddock) of Jamestown and JoAnn Jarrett (Jim) of Frewsburg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
