He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John J. Monaghan and Regina M. Monaghan (Dackert); his wife Margaret Monaghan (Marquis); his children, Bernadette Norus (Kevin) of Tampa, FL and Shawn Monaghan of Raleigh, NC.; his brother John J. Monaghan of Mount Dora, FL; his grandchildren, Ashley Norus, Meaghan Norus, Emma Norus, Everett Monaghan and Laura James Monaghan; and his grandfather George S. Monaghan. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
