He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard H. Brice and Helen Brice; and his children, Greg and Debbie Flood. He is survived by : his wife Lorna; his daughter Peggy Sue Wagner of Bear, Delaware; and his stepchildren, Pamela Hall of Newark, Candace Ann Brooks of Wilmington, Delaware and Steven Brooks (Theresa) of Ormond Beach. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
