She was predeceased by: her father William Haynes Phillips of Kingsport. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Phillips of Kingsport; her husband Steve Brown; her daughter Ashley Weseman (William); her grandson Andrew; and her siblings, Denise Wilburn (Bill) of Oak Ridge, Jan Allen of Jonesborough, Missy Graves (Anthony) of Kingsport, Anna Lisa Phillips (Steve Hanson) of Edmond, Oklahoma, Kelly Phillips (Alicia) of Johnson City and Scott Metoyer (Markus) of Jonesborough. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
