He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Jean Ward and John "Bobby" Ward; his stepparents, Carole Ward and Frank Nibler; and his grandson Robert Alan Nutter.
He is survived by: his daughter Kacey Ward; and his siblings, Steve Ward (Kristi), Teresa Ward (Robert), Mark Creese (Carrie) and Chris Creese (Terri). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
