We announce the death of Jarrett L. Pearson (Oakland, Florida), who passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 33. He was predeceased by: his mother Maxine Jones Pearson; his grandmother Dewanyer Pearson Lockett; and his cousin Bobby Norris III. He is survived by: his father Jason L. Pearson; his brothers, Jason Rashad, Juston Dewayne, Jordan Howard and Jaden Rodrick; his nieces and nephews, Jaysha Maxine, Juston Jr., JaShaun, Josiah, Justice and JaMiah; his aunts and uncles, Teryle Shellman, Dewanyer "Stacey" Taylor, Lisa Goldberg (Harry), Denise Richardson (Lanier), Belinda Jones-Ward, RaLeasar Speed (Kenneth), J. Dwayne Heard (Shahara), Mac Jones, Leon Jones (Sharon), Larry Jones (Wilma), Joseph Jones (Darlene), Coley Jones (Tina), Adrian Jones (Patricia) and Tommie Taylor; his great-uncle Cornell Lane; his great-aunts, Gerri Denson (Al) and Jackie Smith; and his cousins, Keith Bowers, Kiara Taylor and Deveric Jones Sr.. He is also survived by loving family members and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Oakland (300 N Daniels St, Oakland, FL 34760).
