He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry (Shirley Welch) and Steven; his siblings, Pamela Overholser, Mark Welch and Roy Welch; and his significant other Melissa Welch.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Ruth Hampton (Duane) of Branford; his sister Malinda Welch of New Carlisle, OH; his grandchildren, Clayton, Colton and Aurora; his niece Jessica Simpson (Lee); and his grandchildren, Amelia, Ryden and Mark. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
