He is survived by: his wife Alison David; his father Aaron David (Amanda); his grandfather Troy David; his siblings, Austin David, Amynn David (Courtney), Anthony David, Andrew David, Ayden David, Alexander David and Ava David; his aunts and uncles, Diana Ryon (Stuart), Tami Rugg (Ray), Paul David, Mike David and Joe David; his siblings' children, Arya David, Jessie Jo Haynes, Jennifer Thomas, Danielle Thomas, Amanda Thomas, Sarah Thomas, Brittney Thomas, Laila Jackson and Tavion Jackson; his cousins, Bailey Ryon, Ella Ryon, Amanda David, Rebecca Pina, Brittany Rugg, Nick Norrie, Erica David, Megan David and Kayla David; his mother-in-law Jennifer Martin; his brothers-in-law, Damon Thomas (Lisa) and Daniel Thomas (Amber); and his close friends, Jesse Haynes (Chrissy), Tadd Thompson (Chelsea), Cody McCutcheon (Ashley) and Patrick Soderlund.
