He is survived by: his wife Shayla Aku; his children, Desiree Thomas, Kasondra Jordan and Takeeta Thomas; his grandchildren, Daisha Thomas, Xavier Thomas, DeVonte Jordan, KaMaurion Thomas and SaNaya Gilbreath; and his great grandchild Tayden Byrd.
