We announce the death of Aghavni Greta Ellian of Ocala, Florida, who passed away on September 29, 2026, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Yeranhoui "Yeran" Kulhanjian of Constantinople and Levon Ellian of Havav, Palu.; and her siblings, Varvara Ellian Tellalian (Jack) and Haig Ellian. She is survived by: her uncle John; her sister-in-law Suzanne "Sue" Rahanian Ellian (Chevy Chase, MD); her nieces and nephews, Janyce "Bunny" Tellalian Wardlaw of Ocala, FL, Jacqueline Tellalian of New York, NY, Christina Tellalian Mulvihill (Jason) of Alexandria, VA, Gary Tellalian of Hollywood, CA and Levon (Jan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Peter Wardlaw (Kathy) of Atlanta, GA, Thatcher Mulvihill of Alexandria, VA, Sarah Wardlaw (Bobby), Jones of Athens, GA, Aimee Ellian of Bethany Beach, DE and Reagan Mulvihill of Alexandria, VA; Andrew Wardlaw of Atlanta, GA, Henry Jones of Athens, GA and SarahJane Wardlaw of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Illuminator's Armenian Apostolic Cathedral (221 E 27th St, New York, NY 10016). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In loving memory of Aggie's lifelong devotion to her church, the family welcomes memorial donations to St. Illuminator's Armenian Apostolic Cathedral.
