He is survived by: his wife Donna AnnMarie Sutherland; his children, Alec Jr., Tashana, Ashon, Kayla, Kiara, Avondre and Aaron; his mother Gloria Sutherland; his siblings, Terry Ellis (Kavin), Velma Sutherland, Heather Sutherland-Thomas (Victor), Millicent Sutherland-Bellamy (Michael), Maureen Sutherland-Anderson (Llewelly) and Yvonne Sutherland; his aunt Dorrette Hussett; his uncle Glen Roy Donaldson; and his friends, Claud Edwards, Beres Ford-Champagnie and Julius Ennis. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marion Oaks Assembly of God (13977 SW 32nd Terrace Rd, Ocala, FL 34473). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens (5050 SW 20th St, Ocala, FL 34474).
