Alice leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Alice’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Owen and Mary Owen (Abney); her husband William Buffington Sr.; and her sister Frances. She is survived by: her son Bill Buffington, Jr. (Molly); her grandchildren, Suzanne Diaz (Francisco), William "Beau" Buffington III and Lauren Hellewell (Christophal); her great grandchildren, Ashely, Christian and McKenzie; and her siblings, Perry Owen Jr. and Mary Anna Robertson. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barnes Cemetery Sw (1655 SW 87 Pl, Ocala, FL 34476).
