He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lyle Keegan Sr. and Ione Keegan (Newlun); his children, Kevin Lyle Keegan and Jennifer Lynn Keegan; his siblings, James Keegan Sr., Donald Keegan Jr. and Kathleen Long (Keegan); and his sister-in-law Sharon Keegan (Kirk).
He is survived by: his wife Judith Evelyn Keegan (Thompson); his children, Kirk Keegan (Diane) of Missoula, Montana and Kara Keegan (Daniel Scheeler) of Addison, Texas; his grandchildren, Kat Keegan (Brady Bartlett) and Travis Keegan; his great grandchild Lexi; his siblings, Deborah Millek (Keegan) and Phillip Keegan; his siblings-in-law, Katy Thomasma (Keegan), Wilma Chadderon and Tim Long; and his daughter Jenny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
