She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Caruthers and Senia Caruthers; her stepfather Elmer Millican; and her siblings, Billy, Chester Caruthers, Loretta and Betty Caruthers.

She is survived by: her husband Jimmy; her children, Rick Jackson (Julie) and Tammy Jackson King (Brad); her grandchildren, Brian (Shelby), Kevin (Carley), Hunter (Samantha), Andrew (Amber), Brooke (Taylor), Chase (Rachel) and Caydee; and her brother Jimmy Millican. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
