She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Morytko; and her sister Mary Brin. She is survived by: her daughter Lesa Smithies; her son-in-law John Smithies; her granddaughter Emily Smithies; and her brothers, Joe Styckiewicz, Paul Styckiewicz, Carl Styckiewicz and Alan Styckiewicz.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to breast cancer research, in honor of Ann's legacy and to support others bravely facing this disease.
