He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Osborne and Emma Osborne Sr. (Baker); his wife Ethel; and his siblings, Paul, Clarence Jr., Matthew, Steve, Faye and Glenna Rose.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jeanette Baute, Ruth Baker and Jean Hoskins; and his sons, Ricky and Randy. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
