She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Kent Leeward; her children, Dirk (Donna), Kent (Stephani), Tracy (Derek) and Chad (Katie); her grandchildren, Ryan, Allison (Michael), Kylie (DJ), Connor, Hudson (Genevieve), Canon (Amanda), Hollis and James; her great grandchild Hayes Elizabeth Kuipers; her sister-in-law Judi Koselka (Bill); and her niece Laura Poffenberger (Michael). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
