She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lane Capehart and Hazel May Raulerson; her siblings, Shirley Strickland, Frieda Bachmaier and Travis Raulerson Jr.; her daughter Cynthia Eaton; and her son-in-law David Eaton.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Fagan; her daughters, Debra Lippincott (David) and Tina Rebis (John); her grandchildren, Michael Nash (Crystal), Lance Cesario, John Eaton, Joseph Eaton, Jake Rebis and Brianna Kenney; and her brother James Capehart, Jr.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Betty's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
