She is survived by: her children, Sheila Cullins and Brian Forrest; her children-in-law, Christopher Cullins and Kandace Forrest; her grandchildren, Breleigh and Wesley Forrest; and her siblings, Margaret, Norman, David, Howard, Kathy, Nancy, Barbara, Joyce and Jerry.
