She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Abraham and Marianne Abraham; her husband David W. Forrest; and her siblings, Marie, Fred, Connie, MaryJane and Ed.
She is survived by : her children, Sheila Cullins and Brian Forrest; her children-in-law, Christopher Cullins and Kandace Forrest; her grandchildren, Breleigh and Wesley Forrest; and her siblings, Margaret, Norman, David, Howard, Kathy, Nancy, Barbara, Joyce and Jerry.
