She is survived by: her husband John Smith; her son Devon Smith; her daughter-in-law Susan Hanson; her daughter Amy Girod; her son-in-law Frank Girod; her grandchildren, Wyatt Girod and Chloe Girod; her siblings-in-law, Becky Bryner, Paulette Smith and Bill Smith; and her nieces, Libby Bryner, Kristi Jaglowicz, Jodi Jaglowicz and Didi Adams.

In lieu of Flowers, the family requests donations be made to: Daily Living P.O Box 339 Nitro, West Virginia 2513 Pre-addressed and stamped donation envelopes will be available at the Celebration ceremony.
