She was predeceased by: her parents, William Moore Collins and Vera Collins (Martin); her husband Clete Bolen; her daughter Judy Ergle Whipple; and her son-in-law Joe Dias.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Sachs (Ethan), Sonya Dias, Tommie Penix (William), Tina St Rose (Julian) and Jessica Bolen; her grandchildren, Tish Brock (Shawn), Dana Whipple, Michael Dias (Igrayne), Mandy Murphree (Ricky), Tony Valentin (Lynn) and Scott Penix (April); and her great grandchildren, Brittany Brock, Paige, Jared Angle, Hunter Dias, Courtney Collins, Rylee Murphree, Anthony Valentin (Jennifer), Kasey Valentin, Johnathan, Trey Bruce, Jade, Myles and Macie Dias. She is also survived by six great great grandchildren.
