He was predeceased by: his parents, William Owens and Miriam Owens. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his siblings, Sandra Leasure (Stan) of Nashville, William Owens of Nashville, Paul Owens (Willie) of Bliss and Sam Owens (Dawn) of Nashville, Tennessee.; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Spray of Ocala and Patti Lynn (Tommy Henderson) of Ocala. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
