He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Williams and Bennie Mae Blunt; his stepfather Phillip Blunt, Jr.; his son Sheyell Latron Moore; his siblings, Eddie Williams, Roy Lee Brown, Levi Williams and Willie Mae McCloud; and his nieces, Frances Hooker and Deborah Surrency.
He is survived by: his children, Tory M. Williams and Shakita Williams; his sister Connie Williams (Ralph McNeal) of Flemington, FL; his uncle Ogean Blunt of Flemington, FL; and his aunts, Hilda Ivery of Flemington, FL, Ernestine Blunt of Reddick, FL and Mae Helen Patterson of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by many Grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
