He was predeceased by: his father Charles Morris Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Curt Campbell (Nerina Campbell) and Lindy Evans (Brian Evans); his grandchildren, Micah Campbell, Ian Evans and Jacob Evans; his mother June K. Campbell; his brother Richard Campbell (Lindi Campbell); and his nieces, Allie Campbell and Cassie Hamilton.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Samaritan's Purse or Cornerstone Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation.
