He is survived by: his parents, John D. Palmer and Peggy C. Palmer; his brothers, John Palmer and Robert Palmer; and his friend Marines.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ocala Downtown Chapel (606 SW 2nd Ave, Ocala, FL 34471). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meadowbook Church (4741 SW 20th St, Ocala, FL 34474). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens (5050 SW 20th St, Ocala, FL 34474).
