She was predeceased by: her sons, Kenneth, David (Michelle) and Jonathan. She is survived by: her children, Terri Lynne Kushner (Debbie), R. T., Andrea Hall (John) and Theodore A. Kushner; her granddaughter Rebecca Al (Jalal); her nieces, Christine Wilson (Frank) of Ocean City, NJ and Barbara Massey of Berlin, NJ.; and her nephew Bill Tierno of Berlin, NJ..

In lieu of flowers Charlotte requested donations be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
