He is survived by: his daughters, Freda Hale (Jim) and Fran Matheis; his grandchildren, Sara Voltz (Brandon), Andy Matheis (Tracie) and Joe Matheis; and his great grandchildren, Haley Matheis and Grace Matheis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
