He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsada Mary Johnson and Emanuel Folkes. He is survived by: his wife Eugenie Hutchinson-Folkes; his children, Marie, Arlene, Althea, Nigel and Oneil; and his sister Adassa May Folkes. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (5740 S Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34480). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (5740 S Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34480).
