He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorene Theisen-Leo, Douglas Domayer, Guido Leo and Michael Ogden. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Paul (Ocala) and Tami Jo Theisen (Domayer); his wife Kristen Desirae Theisen (Brown); his son Hayden Paul Theisen; his siblings, Courtni Jo (Keith), Collins (Keystone Heights) and Samuel Joseph (Amanda) Theisen; his nieces and nephews, Parker, Brooklynn, Jaxson (Keystone Heights), Rhett and Krew (Jamul); his grandmother Julie Ogden (Keystone Heights); and his cousin Rachel Theisen-Roberts. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, & cousins.
