He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Wanda Jeffrey, Danny Jeffery and Liana Collins. He is survived by : his parents, Thomas Collins and Angie Collins of Florida; his siblings, Wanda Oaks (Randy Oaks) and Noah Boswell; his nieces and nephews, Randy Dewayne Oaks III, Henry Lee Oaks, Kitty Kate, Sherry, Jackie Marie, Roxy, Mriam and Delilah; and his grandfathers, Rocky Collins and Bill Collins. He is also survived by aunt, uncles, cousins, and friends.
