He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Cook of Ocala, Florida; his daughter Kristin McQuiston; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kaitlyn and Abbigail; his sisters, Linda and Brenda; and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Donnie, Ernie, Ricky, Brian, Debbie, Stacy, Sherry, Casie, Tara, Cheryl and Lisa.
