He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee Rutledge and Purlie Garmon (Roscoe); and his son Roscoe Garmon Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Lawrence Garmon; his children, Sharonda Garmon of Ocala, FL, Katara Garmon Morris (Spencer) of Flemington, FL, Branden Garmon (Jocelyn) of Orange Lake, FL and Brian Garmon of Flemington, FL.; his grandchildren, Takasha, Torieon, Harmonie, Blake, Frandon, Desire, Brayden, Taylin, Bryce, Hailynn, Brian Jr., Bradley, Rylee, Rhain and Bralynn; his great grandchild Landon; and his siblings, Freddie Garmon of Ocala, FL, Constance Thompson, Stanley Poole of Durham, NC, Marcheta Jones and Sherman Harris.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sellers Funeral Home, Inc. (440 SW Broadway St, Ocala, FL 34475). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Benevolent Church of God (15490 US-441, Reddick, FL 32686).
