He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Potrzeba and Anthony Mirabile; and his brother Anthony Mirabile, Jr. (Tony). He is survived by: his wife Melanie M. Mirabile of Ocala, FL; his children, Amy Cozadd (Jason) of Springfield, IL, David Mirabile (Alisha Howell) of Sherman, IL and Daniel Mirabile of Lisle, IL.; his grandchildren, Madalyn Guy of Tampa, FL, Lauren Cozadd of Largo, FL, Ryan Cozadd of Springfield, IL, Grayson Drew and Kendyl Mirabile of Sherman, IL; and his great grandchild Mabel Rayne Garcia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. This charity was close to Dennis' heart especially in his last year knowing children and young families shared the same challenges he endured.
