He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Adolph Sr. and Ethel "Nanny" Lewis; and his wife Sybil Kay Lewis. He is survived by: his children, John Warren Lewis and Sally Marie Lewis; his sister Joy Row; his grandchildren, Makayla Elaine Lewis and John William Lewis; and his close friend Shirley Rollins.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall of the First Baptist Church of Ocala.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Marion County 4-H Foundation, 2232 NE Jacksonville Road, Ocala, FL. 34470, or to Reddick High School Reunion DA Lewis Scholarship Fund.
