In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Doctor leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Doctor may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Eugene Jr., Thomas and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Jean Kearns Hogshead; and his children, John Few, Jr. (Marsha) of Ocala, Tim Few (Karen) of Tallahassee, Bill Few (Diane) of Vero Beach and Lorie Markham (Rudolph) of Romeo. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Florida United Methodist Children's Home and to Empath Hospice of Marion County.
