He is survived by: his wife Georgia Howard of Ocala, FL.; his daughters, Donna of Tennessee and Carol of Tennessee; his granddaughter Christa of South Carolina; his children, Brandon of Kentucky, Ryan of Virginia, Dominique of Delaware, Matthew, II of Tennessee, Kaila and DJ; his stepgranddaughter Chantel of Tennessee; and his brother Ronald Howard. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
