He was predeceased by: his wife Delores; and his siblings, Glenn Kollanda and Rita Cammisa. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Kollanda (Dawn Santiago), Richard Kollanda and Randy Kollanda (Tammy); his grandchildren, Richard II Kollanda (Chrissy), John Kollanda (Cory), Randi Kollanda, Nicole Kollanda, Jason Kollanda, Summer and Autumn; his great grandchildren, Adrianna, Nathan, Theodore, Eleanor, Parker and Tyler; and his brother Clayton Kollanda (Rena).
