She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Broughton and Abner Watson Broughton; and her siblings, Dillard, Charles Thomas, Floyd, Challis Broughton and Shirley Campbell.
She is survived by: her son Jay Charles Welch of Tennessee; her grandson Noah Grantham of Florida; her siblings, Bill, Jerry, Gary Broughton and Deborah Wolary; and her husband Charles Edward Welch.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested a donation to be made in Dora's honor to the Church of God of Prophecy Building Fund at the address listed above.
