He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kermith Gugin and Hazel Gugin; his wife Mary Jane McNeish; his children, Doug McNeish, Jr. (Heather) and Beth Antis (Christopher); and his siblings, Hilt McNeish, Russ McNeish, Diane, Tina, Debbie, Patty and Valerie. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
