He is survived by: his wife Deborah Littlefield; his children, Christopher Calnan (Jennifer), Josie Cowburn (Stuart), Tanya Edwards (William) and Stephen Putnam (Jodi); and his sister Dawn Morris (Michael). He is also survived by grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
