She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ryder and Dorothy Ryder of Thompsonville, Connecticut.; her husband Willis Whitten; her sister Carol; and her brother-in-law Phil. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
