It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Varnadoe of Ocala, Florida, born in Robertsdale, Alabama, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard E. Varnadoe; her parents, Willard Polk and Margaret Polk; and her brother Raymond Eugene Polk. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Scharfschwerdt (Bill) of Holly Hill, FL, Greg Varnadoe (Joni) of Dunnellen, FL and Richard E. Varnadoe, Jr. of White Lake, MI; her sisters-in-law, Merle Varnadoe and Betty Sue Varnadoe; her grandchildren, William Scharfschwerdt (Ariel), Katie Gilmore (Michael), Matthew Scharfschwerdt, Marli Kevelin (Corey), Laney Varnadoe, Samantha Varnadoe and Richard E. Varnadoe, III; and her great grandchild Cooper Kevelin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
