He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys M. Stanaland, and Elton C. Stanaland, Sr.; his brothers, Donald Eugene Stanaland (Gene) and Charles Joseph Stanaland (Joby); and his wife Barbara Daniel Stanaland.
He is survived by: his children, Russell D. Stanaland of San Francisco and Karen L. Faul of High Springs, Florida.; his grandson Jacob Faul (Rebekkah); his great grandchildren, Dakota, Eliza, Penny, Lily, Micah of Israel, MJ, Zarie and Baylen of Alachua, FL; his friends, Frank and Pamela Stafford; and his close friend Hope Meffert.
