He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernis Edward and Irene Evans (Richardson). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his grandchildren, Tanaya Dawn Evans, Theodore Lee Smith, Teilani Dayvona Evans and Zion Alarick Evans; his great grandchild Cyri Faith Evans (Tanaya); and his sister Elvaray Jones of Ocala.
