He is survived by: his close friend Caroline; his children, Erika (Shaun), Eric Jr. and Shelley (Nevaeh); his grandchildren, Jarquize, Ja'Bria, Shaniya, Shelley Jr., Jailen and Carrighton (Ja'Zai); and his siblings, Bridget Cook-Ford (Orlando), Henry Cook Jr. and Glenn Cook (Gloria). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
