He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Jerome Irwin and Ernestine Norton Scully; his stepfather Norman Scully; his brother Jerry Irwin; and his former wife Ann Irwin.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Irwin Midgett (David Midgett); his grandchildren, Jake Midgett, Isaiah Pepper and Isla Pepper; his brother Donnie (Bessie Scully); his wife Donna Irwin; his stepchildren, Valerie and John Vollman; his stepgrandchild Keira Vollman; his stepchildren, Greg and Kelly Polumbus; and his stepgrandchildren, Preston Polumbus (Nichole), Marissa Polumbus, Drew Polumbus, Megan Rudner (Drew), Christian Gettemeier, Sean Cook and Kevin Cook.
