He was predeceased by: his parents, Doloris Ocasio and Herminia Negron; the mother of his children Alicia; his siblings, Gilberto Negron and Delia Ocasio; and his sons, William Jr. and Richard Ocasio.
He is survived by: his wife Amada Ocasio; and his children, Nelson Ocasio of Maryland, Wanda DaSilva of Georgia and Sylma Ocasio of Ocala. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the City Church (2321 NE 29th Ave, Ocala, FL 34470).
